Spreading the sparkle this Christmas with metallic decor
Christmas is just around the corner, at last and it's time to whip up the most amazing dinner ever for loved ones. Part of the amazing dinner experience is the awesome holiday cheer and decorations that work together to make Christmas a jolly time for everyone. If you're in need of some decorating inspiration, I've got you covered.

Christmas is traditionally very red and green and I love that side of Christmas too but today I wanted to showcase the gorgeous glam side of Christmas. The metallic and white combinations that are so often inspired by snowfall, winter, and luxury. Experimenting with different color palettes, decor items, and unique decoration pieces or items that have been revamped can help you shape an entirely new Christmas celebration. Something that is unique to your guests and will leave them with the most wonderful memories.
If you're at all like me, you like to work with a theme when putting together an event. An organized theme helps to keep details in sync and can often save time and money as you'll be re-using certain things like leftover fabric, rhinestone embellishments, tableware and gift wrapping to create your perfect Christmas.
Whether you're decorating your entire home, just your dining room, or your gifts in preparation for you holiday guests, there's no doubt that the effort is well worth the while. Your loved ones will feel incredibly special.
A gold, white, and silver Christmas combination will add a whole lot of holiday sparkle to the mix and creating decor with metallic items is such a rewarding experience. I love how the home sparkles and shines at this time of the year when metallic colors have been used. I've been keeping my eye on the amazing tutorials that have surfaced over the last month or so in time for Christmas decorating is that white, silver, gold and faux fur are definitely on trend right now.
Adding a spot of color to this mix is also a great idea. A winter blue; deep red, white, and silver; or gorgeous metallic pastels paired with white and yellow frosted gold are all great ideas for this year's Christmas.
Pairing extravagant and detailed embellishments or decorations like the antique starburst rhinestone brooch or antique starburst napkin ring and the gorgeous winter home decoration with lights pictured above can go a long way in making your Christmas scene really stand out. Adding quaint details or heirloom items that mean a lot to your family is also a fantastic idea and can create an intimate setting where everyone feels right at home among the people and things they love the most, making this Christmas the best Christmas in memory.
