Audere Events, a boutique event planning company owned and run by Kyleigh Stewart is our featured business for today’s post. As always, I am very excited to be covering another inspiring and passionate wedding planner. The business's focus is on design and style and caters for the modern couple, serving Lake Tahoe and the surrounding areas.
The name, Audere Events, was taken from a Latin phrase that translates into "adventure". Kyleigh’s love for adventure inspired her to go on the greatest adventure in her career and start her own business in the wedding industry – one where she can explore the exciting possibilities of each new love and bring out the sense of adventure in every wedding that she plans.
“I got a summer job working at a wedding venue and immediately fell in love, knowing I had found my life’s passion.”
Events have long been part of Kyleigh's life and she immediately fell in love with wedding planning after landing a summer job at a wedding venue. This was when Kyleigh realized that she had a passion for the industry. After graduating with a BA in psychology, Kyleigh found a full-time job and specialized in destination weddings. This job not only gave her experience but a push in the right direction – one that would lead to her taking the plunge and starting her own company.

Their bespoke events are a true representation of each couple’s personal style and preferences and their primary goal is to provide their clients with an unforgettable experience that speaks to each and every guest. The creative process that Kyleigh follows allows her couples to share their vision and see it come to fruition along the way and on the day. With a full range of wedding planning services from vendor selection and budget review to designing a full-scale wedding event and even wedding weekend management, Kyleigh offers her couples peace of mind knowing that their every need is taken care of.
“The events that Audere Events create are unique to each client, allowing for each couple’s personalities and vision to shine.”
Her service packages are comprehensive and each one caters to a specific need, making it easy for the couple on a budget to decide what the best fit is for their big day.
With such incredible attention to detail and a commitment to making her clients visions a reality, Kyleigh goes about her work with absolute passion and it’s evident in her stunning portfolio as well as the wide range of press that Audere Events has received. Her clients have amazing things to say about both the service as well as the design of their special days.
The company is still a relatively new company, however, Kyleigh can be proud of the magnificent coverage and feedback that it’s received for the weddings and styled shoots (some of which have been featured on prominent wedding blogs) that they have in their portfolio.
We asked Kyleigh what her favorite trends are at the moment. Bold colors making their way into tablescapes and floral designs are a fresh relief from the blush and ivory trend, although beautiful. Kyleigh mentions that it’s exciting to see something different. The foodie trends that have become incredibly popular are also a favorite and she enjoys the planning and personal touches that go into arranging a menu that will ensure a superb dining experience for both the couple and their guests.
