Araceli Chan has treated us to another absolutely stunning tablescape, this time for Mother's day. This pretty setting is full of sentimentality and is a great way to enjoy the day with mom and her loved ones.
Araceli's table is a blend of white, black, gray and pink elements and has a lovely minimalist feel to it, allowing those stunning sentimental pieces used within the centerpiece to really shine as the focus on the table. I love the addition of these sentimental pieces as it adds an intimate touch to the table. Making use of items that mean something to the people attending is a great way to instantly build a connection to the design, the dinner, and the company all at the same time.
Araceli has paid careful attention to detail, also ensuring that all the items have a purpose on her tablescape. She's chosen specific design elements that pair exceptionally well together in texture, color, and detail to communicate a sense of unity in her setting. As she walks us through her video, she also takes us through her thought process behind each item. I love that the photo frames, as well as the carvings, are items that she has strong ties to and has used them to add depth to her table.
This is another fairly budget friendly table setting and if you wanted to save even more, you could perhaps incorporate some items from a previous event or party.
Araceli has made additional videos in which she outlines the directions for making the gorgeous items used on her tablescape and I'll be sharing all of those within the article too.The gorgeous floating candles, put together with Dollar Store products and our rhinestone mesh as well as the diamante double heart buckles are a personal favorite of mine and it's the kind of DIY that you can repurpose and use for a number of things. An Anniversary dinner, a valentine's dinner, a special sweet sixteen birthday party, and so much more.
the floral arrangement used for the centerpiece is lovely and I love the idea of using it as a gift for mom at the end of the day together. This is such a lovely memento that mom will, no doubt, value and appreciate deeply. The vase and the floral arrangements are both part of the DIYs I mentioned above.
This planter bouquet looks so glamorous set on the table, I'm really excited to share the DIY video with you too. Araceli takes us step by step through the making of the planter. Many of the items were Dollar Tree buys, making it a budget-friendly DIY. for bling, Araceli made use of our pearl and silver bulk rhinestone embellishments pack to decorate her floral arrangement as well as add a touch of sparkle to the vase.
These elegant napkin rings are a snap to make and look absolutely gorgeous. They're certainly the kind of napkin rings to keep on hand for those special dinners. Araceli made use of our rhinestone mesh ribbon trim, the diamante flower brooches and a set of plain silver napkin rings to create this DIY project.
These candle holders have stolen my heart. They're absolutely beautiful and look relatively simple to make. A set of these would make a stunning gift to a friend who enjoys hosting events. Araceli has taken items from previous projects to create this entire look. Making use of two different elements for the base of the candle holder and glass vases for the actual vase itself. She's decorated the vase with the rhinestone mesh and the diamante double heart buckle for that extra sparkle.
