I'm so excited to be sharing another lovely spring tablescape today. We're heading into the seasons with so much inspiration from our amazing customers and YouTubers. This beautiful spring tablescape is light and elegant, put together with the affordable budget in mind.
Decorating Dollars has chosen a fresh color palette for her tablescape, using white as a base color with teal and pink as highlight colors. And I love how she's brought all the design and color elements together in a sophisticated way.
The video takes us through her table decor choices and I was especially excited that she gave two options for each, showing how easy it is to achieve a new look by simply mixing and matching elements. Many of the items that were used on the tablescape were items that she already owned, ensuring that money was only spent on the items she did not already have.
The pink spring sign, which was bought last year was given new life with a fresh coat of paint in order to suit this tablescape.
To kick it off, I'll start by mentioning the lovely place settings. The bow-fold napkins with the napkin rings look amazing set on the plates and the duo not only bring out the white in the plates, as was intended, they also highlight the beautiful floral details on the plates. The teal placemats and mini rhinestone cut outs create a beautiful textured look.
Each place setting also has a cutlery sleeve made from the rhinestone mesh trim and embellished with a blue ribbon and the floral rhinestone flat back. I love this idea and I think one could get really creative with this. Add an elegant menu, napkins, extra serviettes or whatever else you may need for the table. This may even be a great idea for gift items instead of cutlery.
Decorating Dollars also briefly shows us her gorgeous blush DIY wreath that she's placed on the mirror. This beautiful soft pink wreath, made out of rose petals from the dollar tree, is perfect for spring and I love the addition of the elegant floral rhinestone flat back pieces. She's also added a gorgeous section of bling to the wreath by wrapping the rhinestone mesh around the wireframe that was used as the base of the wreath.
Here's that video tutorial for the wreath. Have fun creating!
Decorating Dollars has used white napkins to suit the white plates that she chose for this tablescape. To add a touch of elegance to the napkins, she made use of the rhinestone napkin ring and it looks amazing.
